SR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer. The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, producing construction drawings, coordinating with BIM teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves collaborating with other professionals in the firm and clients to deliver high-quality, buildable designs. The candidate will also be responsible for, drawing detailed design schemes, and ensuring the technical feasibility of projects.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design (5 - 10 years of experience)

Proficiency in producing Construction Drawings and Drawing skills

Strong coordination and teamwork skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Experience with BIM software and tools is preferred
