Technical lead

We’re hiring an experienced Technical Lead (Project-Based) to take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery for client and internal projects. You will be responsible for overseeing architecture, development, team coordination, and technical quality ensuring timely and successful delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical planning and execution of software projects
• Design architecture and development strategy based on project requirements
• Oversee and guide developers (frontend/backend/mobile) during implementation
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of solutions
• Communicate with stakeholders and project managers on progress, risks, and timelines
• Handle deployment and production readiness (or coordinate with DevOps)
• Deliver quality solutions on time and within scope

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (On-site)
• Friday & Saturday: Off
• Sunday: Work from Home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
