Lead Gen & SDR (Pipeline Builder)

Karachi, Pakistan

Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in SDR / Lead Gen roles (B2B SaaS or startups preferred).
  • Hands-on with cold email platforms (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar).
  • Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator + lead scraping experience.
  • Comfort with AI/automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset → able to track, report, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication for cold outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Build prospect lists (YC, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Bark, Upwork).
  • Run cold email campaigns via Instantly (with AI personalization and enrichment).
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and book meetings / product demos
  • Collaborate with Manager to run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value startup accounts.

KPIs:

  • Meetings booked per week (via Instantly/LinkedIn).
  • Leads generated per week (quality + ICP fit).
  • Meetings booked per week (via Instantly/LinkedIn).
  • 3 new cold campaigns per week.
