Role Overview
We are seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise in Next.js, AWS (ECS, Lambda, Bedrock), and PostgreSQL to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical ability with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
You will guide architectural decisions, review and improve code quality, mentor developers, and work closely with clients—particularly European companies—to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the development of AI-driven applications using Next.js and AWS services (ECS, Lambda, Bedrock, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and design teams to deliver scalable, performant, and secure applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and database design with AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence.

• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, Bedrock, S3, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable system design.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to engage directly with international stakeholders, ideally with prior experience working with European companies/clients.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Nice to Have
• Familiarity with other AI/ML frameworks and services.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior work in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
