Team Lead, Caribbean Market – Auction

We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader with expertise in Japanese auto auctions to manage and grow our team serving the Caribbean market during night operations. If you have deep knowledge of Japanese auctions (USS, TAA, JU, etc.), strong leadership skills, and a passion for high-performance team management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of auction specialists handling Japanese car sourcing for Caribbean clients.
• Oversee vehicle bidding, inspection, and purchasing processes across multiple Japanese auction platforms.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in vehicle selection and auction procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team performance to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries or escalations related to auction purchases.
• Work night shifts aligned with Caribbean business hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Japanese vehicle auctions (USS, TAA, JU, etc.) – minimum 2 years.
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of the Caribbean automotive import market.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
