Sales Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
