Junior Architect

Job Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist in the design development, drafting, and coordination of architectural projects. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or a candidate with 1–2 internships in architectural design or drafting, looking to gain hands-on experience in professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations.
• Support the design team in concept development and 3D visualization.
• Work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software to develop design and working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
• Prepare material boards, design details, and documentation as required.
• Conduct site visits for design verification and progress review.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 0–1 year of professional experience or 1–2 internships in an architecture firm.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (Revit preferred).
• Understanding of architectural detailing, building codes, and presentation drawings.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
