Junior Architect

Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Junior Architect with a passion for innovative design and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of our architecture team, you'll collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop creative solutions for a variety of projects. If you're a design enthusiast with a flair for software skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing and developing architectural projects, focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions.

2. Collaborate with senior architects and designers to refine designs and ensure project goals are met.

3. Utilize software skills to create detailed designs, models, and presentations.

4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

5. Assist in project coordination and communication with clients and team members.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

2. Proficiency in design software, such as:

- Auto CAD

- SketchUp

-Lumion/D5/Enscape

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

3. Strong understanding of architectural principles, design elements, and construction methods.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

2. Familiarity with project management tools and software.
