Junior Architect

ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the design team by preparing high-quality architectural drawings and presentations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare schematic, presentation, working, and detailed construction drawings (AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max).
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to resolve queries and ensure project execution.
* Conduct site visits/audits to verify design implementation. Develop BOQs, specifications, and design calculations.
* Contribute creative design ideas based on project requirements, budget, and site constraints.
* Propose innovative materials, technologies, and design approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

* Education: B.Arch (required), M.Arch (preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in architecture/interior design; experience in 3–4 projects end-to-end
* Technical Skills: AutoCAD and Photoshop (compulsory) Other: SketchUp

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
