Junior Engineer - Repair and Maintenance (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead repair and maintenance activities at Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune . The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil engineering and experience in the maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all the Customer complaints for PMS Civil works are closed within prescribed timelines & optimum costs

2.Conduct regular site visits to check current work quality & identify any future challenges due to Civil work shortcomings.

3.Monitoring civil related work done by vendors / customers to ensure structural safety

Requirements:

1. B.E. Civil

2.3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
