Junior Architect

Hiring: Junior Architect

Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur
Industry: Residential Building Construction & Real Estate
Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor’s in Architecture ) Mandatory
Experience: 1 -3 Years of experience
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural layouts and concepts.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for service drawings (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor design implementation.
• Work alongside contractors and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety norms.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and estimation.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.
