The Jr. Architect will report to the Design Director and play a critical role in reviewing and coordinating design work prepared by both international and local design offices. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, along with the ability to prepare sketches, presentations, and reports to support project managers and senior leadership.

Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings submitted by local design consultants.

Prepare review reports and highlight issues or discrepancies for the manager’s attention.

Develop sketches, diagrams, and presentations to support decision-making.

Coordinate with international and local designers to clarify requirements and ensure design intent is achieved.

Join design meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action points.

Check the consistency and coordination between different disciplines (architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical).

Provide support in interior design works and material selections when needed.

Assist project management team in ensuring designs meet company standards, regulations, and project goals.

Fluent in English spoken & written

Experience in coordination between architectural and engineering disciplines.

Ability to contribute to interior design concepts.

Previous experience working in international or large-scale projects.

Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
