Job Description:
What You will do:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed plans
• Support senior architects in concept development, design coordination, and presentations
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and site engineers
• Visit project sites to monitor execution as per approved drawings
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and approvals
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, bylaws, and safety norms
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design / construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit preferred
• Basic knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and BOQs
• Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site coordination
• Familiarity with local building bye-laws, DCR, and approval processes
• Ability to coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and vendors
