Junior Architect- Real Estate

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with strong experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to architectural planning, design, and execution of real estate projects, ensuring innovative and practical solutions aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and execute real estate project plans.
• Assist in creating architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution.
• Review and suggest modifications to designs for better functionality and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor ongoing site work to ensure alignment with approved designs.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design software.
• Excellent design visualization and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction details.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Architect: 5 years (Preferred)
• Real Estate: 5 years (Preferred)
