Junior Architectural / Civil Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Junior Architectural / Civil Draftsman with a maximum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in architectural and civil drafting, be detail-oriented, and proficient in CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings from rough sketches, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and preparing BOQs if required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• Maximum 3 years of drafting experience in architectural or civil projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, technical standards, and drawing conventions.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
