Role Overview

We are currently seeking Junior Architects with years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about design coordination, technical excellence, and contributing to high-impact construction projects.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of construction activities from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination & Documentation

• Review tender and IFC models including 2D drawings, BIM models, and asset data in accordance with ISO19650 standards.
• Resolve design conflicts through RFIs, CVIs, and collaborative workshops.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design inputs to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Assist the Design Coordinator in managing subcontractor scope and technical reviews.

Technical Oversight

• Prepare and track RFIs and CVIs to ensure design clarity and contract compliance.
• Review subcontractor and workshop drawings for alignment with specifications.
• Monitor drawing delivery schedules and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with the Planning Department to align design deliverables with project timelines.
• Support the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure structural safety in temporary works.

As-Built & Close-Out Support

• Manage redline/as-built processes and coordinate updates with modelers.
• Collaborate with the document control team to ensure accurate submission and publishing of final documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi (mandatory for nationalization purposes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a contractor’s design office or similar architectural role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and collaboration tools such as Revizto or Navisworks.
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
