We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Junior Assistant (Policy Servicing) to support daily administrative and clerical operations within the policy servicing function. This role is ideal for a dependable and well-organized professional with strong coordination skills and experience in office administration.

Job Summary

The Junior Assistant (Policy Servicing) will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves document handling, internal coordination, basic customer and office support tasks, and maintaining an organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage document version control, filing, and retrieval of records.
  • Assist in the preparation of official documents, letters, and reports as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all office documents and sensitive information.
  • Maintain and update confidential databases, contact lists, and project-related documentation.

Communication & Coordination

  • Support internal communication through memos, emails, and notices.
  • Coordinate with government offices, vendors, clients, and consultants as directed.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of information and follow-up on key decisions.

Policy Servicing & Office Support

  • File policy-related correspondence and maintain organized records.
  • Scan incremental correspondence, handle copying, posting, and internal movement of files.
  • Manage transfer file copying and documentation.
  • Handle bank and exchange-related tasks and office-related outdoor work.
  • Provide and attend to refreshment requirements for officers and visitors.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern productivity tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage routine tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: High School or Higher Secondary (10+2).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical support roles, preferably within an office or service-oriented environment.
