Description of Position: We have an immediate opening for a Junior Associate Attorney. Primary case administration for clients who have filed workers' compensation claims for injuries directly related to their employment. Duties will include administrative mediations and bench trials at the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation. Training and mentorship provided; with significant room for growth.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney and admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Preferences (not required):

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in workers’ compensation law or other areas of administrative law, a plus!
