Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, NY, for a Junior Associate specializing in Real Estate Due Diligence. The responsibilities include conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing lease agreements, analyzing property titles, assisting with real estate development projects, and preparing comprehensive reports. The role involves close collaboration with senior associates to ensure compliance with legal frameworks and seamless closure of transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate Transactions.
• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting Leases and other real estate-related contracts and agreements.
• Understanding of Real Estate Development processes and practices.
• Ability to conduct thorough due diligence for property-related matters and analyze legal compliance.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
• Relevant academic credentials in Law (LL.B. or equivalent qualification) and bar membership in good standing.
• Prior experience in real estate or commercial practice will be advantageous.
