Job Overview
Join our team as a Manufactured Home Sales Associate, where your energy, professionalism, and customer-first mindset will help clients find the perfect home. This role combines hourly pay with uncapped commission, giving you the stability of a base income plus the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through home sales.

As a key representative of our company, you’ll guide customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives. You’ll build relationships, provide expert product knowledge on manufactured homes, and deliver a smooth, supportive buying experience from first contact to closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective buyers, helping them explore manufactured home options that fit their needs and budget
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interactions using Google Docs or CRM tools
• Answer incoming calls and conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with prospects consistently via phone, email, or text to build and maintain relationships
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on home features, pricing, and financing options
• Keep the sales office and model homes clean, organized, and welcoming
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (real estate, automotive, or retail sales is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Comfortable with outreach efforts including phone calls and follow-ups
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain organized digital records
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
