Junior Attorney – Personal Injury

Overview
As a Junior Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation-related tasks across a personal injury caseload. You will work directly under 2–3 supervising attorneys, while also maintaining independence over certain files. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to gain real courtroom and deposition experience in a fast-moving practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints and litigation pleadings

• Handle all phases of discovery

• Draft and argue motions in court

• Take and defend depositions

• Assist with trial preparation

• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates

• Supervise and guide support staff (as needed)

• Perform other litigation tasks as assigned

RequirementsMust-Haves:

• 0–5 years of attorney experience in personal injury law

• Alternatively, significant prior experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal secretary will be considered

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California

• Comfortable working on-site full-time at the firm’s Torrance office

• Ability to manage a small caseload independently under the supervision of senior attorneys

• Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
