We are looking for a ‘’Junior Audit & Internal Control Associate ’’ to be in Altunizade . A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Working as part of a team to deliver a broad range of financial and operational audits, from planning through completion,
• Performing audit testing, gathering evidence, and documenting findings in compliance with internal audit standards and methodology,
• Assisting in preparing audit reports, ensuring that findings, risks and recommendations are clearly communicated,
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal controls, operational efficiencies, and risk management practices, providing suggestions for process enhancements based on observations,
• Analyzing details thoroughly to generate meaningful insights and contributing to effective solutions,
• Conducting on-site fieldwork to observe and test processes, controls, and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or a related field,
• At least 1 year of experience in internal or external audit, accounting, finance, internal control, risk management,
• Fluency in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, and familiarity with SAP,
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver information both orally and written,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as Power BI, is considered an asset,
• Flexibility for travel.
