Junior Back-End Engineer (1-3 Yrs)

We are looking for a Junior Back-End Engineer with 1–3 years of experience and strong exposure to banking applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side logic and database interactions. The role requires collaboration with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The position is based in Dubai or Bengaluru and requires solid problem-solving and technical skills.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of back-end development experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize back-end processes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with front-end developers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
