Salary: Permanent Salary from 6,000.00 AED per month (based on qualifications and experience)

We are a dynamic and growing company based in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, looking for a motivated Junior Back Office Sales & Supply Chain Administrator to support our operations. Job Description:

As a Junior Back Office Sales & Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations while also assisting in procurement and logistics. Your responsibilities will include the complete processing of inquiries, quotations, and orders within our ERP system, as well as maintaining product data. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating international supply chain tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete handling of inquiries, quotations, and order processing in our ERP system.
  • Creation and maintenance of product articles and data in the ERP system.
  • Support in procurement and supply chain processes, including monitoring orders and coordinating transport/logistics.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Close coordination with the suppliers and sales team to ensure efficient order execution.
  • Ensuring high accuracy and process reliability in all administrative tasks.

Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in sales administration, supply chain, or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Technical background to understand product structures and specifications.
  • Exceptional accuracy and process reliability in handling sales and order-related tasks.
  • Understanding of international supply chains and trade flows
  • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
