Junior Backend Developer

Wise360 Solutions is seeking a Junior Backend Developer to join our team. You will primarily focus on building robust, scalable backend systems using Laravel, integrating with various third-party services, and contributing to responsive frontend interfaces using React.js.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain well-defined backend features and APIs under the guidance of senior team members.

● Write clean, tested, and efficient code following team best practices and standards in Laravel.

● Assist in the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

● Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to maintaining code quality.

● Help identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues to resolve bugs and application bottlenecks.

● Collaborate with the team by actively participating in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning sessions).

● Learn and contribute to database management, query optimization, and API performance.

● Document your code and development processes to aid knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Required Skills

● 1 – 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend focus.

● Solid experience with Laravel, PHP, and server-side application development.● Proficient in React.js is a plus.

● Hands-on experience with third-party API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, social logins, analytics tools, SaaS services).

● Strong understanding of database design, SQL/noSQL, and query optimization.

● Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices.● Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment processes.

● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

● Familiarity with caching, queues, and performance optimization techniques.
