Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Banking Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling daily operational tasks, including transaction processing, reporting, and client support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage routine banking processes such as withdrawals, deposits, and reconciliations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and verify day-to-day banking operations including fund transfers.

2. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry of all transactions.

3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using MS Excel.

4. Assist in reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls.

5. Support senior team members in managing operational workflows and resolving discrepancies.

6. Handle queries and provide clear communication to internal stakeholders.

7. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
