Job Title: Junior Barista

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards and customer preferences.

2. Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing machines.

3. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.

4. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter, workstations, and dining area.

6. Stock and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.

7. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

10. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.

Job Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a café, coffee shop, or similar establishment is preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks.

3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

4. Proficiency in handling cash and operating systems.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and order processing.

6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change.

9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,200.00 per month
