Junior Barista

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Baristas to join our café team.

Position: Junior Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Assist senior baristas in daily café operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
• Ensure proper handling of coffee equipment and supplies
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
