Junior Brand Manager

Job Description

  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with design, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Prepare campaign briefs and follow up with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to support content creation and shoots.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms including social media, website, and retail stores.
  • Support store openings, in-store campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Assist with website content, product uploads, and digital marketing materials.
  • Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, events, and PR activities.
  • Track campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and prepare basic reports.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good aesthetic sense with interest in interior design, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Bonus: Experience in retail/lifestyle brands, photoshoot support, or basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
