About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support project managers and senior BAs in client communication and requirement clarifications.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and assist in preparing business proposals.
• Collaborate with development & QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain documentation.
• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and basic documentation for product features.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Quick learner with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
