The role We are looking for a sharp, curious Junior Consultant (1–2 years of experience) to join our strategy team in Dubai. You will play a key role in shaping market entry strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll do

• Perform in-depth market and competitive analysis to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and potential partners
• Build robust business cases and strategic recommendations for new initiatives and geographies
• Support end-to-end market entry and expansion projects (research, financial modeling, scenario planning)
• Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators, trade flows, and globalization trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Thrive in ambiguity and comfortably pivot as priorities evolve

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, market research/intelligence, or investment analysis
• Strong grasp of macroeconomics, international trade, and globalization dynamics
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PPT (financial modeling experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a bonus but not required
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in emerging markets
