Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in translating business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Support the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Create basic wireframes, mockups, or user flows to visualize requirements where needed.
• Participate in project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in business analysis or a related role (internships acceptable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
