Junior Business Developer

We are looking for a candidate who is confident, outgoing, and active individual, loves talking to people, making connections, and hunting down opportunities. You have a basic but firm understanding of business development tools and practices, and though you may be a fresh graduate (3-6 months experience), you’re super motivated to learn, grow, and contribute from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Search for potential clients via lead generation methods: LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email outreach, cold calling, etc.
• Write and submit proposals to new prospects, clear, persuasive.
• Maintain follow-ups and manage communications with prospective clients.
• Keep records up to date: track status of proposals.
• Support senior team members in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and market research.
• Stay aware of industry trends and what tools or strategies are working for business development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates are welcome (max ~6 months relevant experience).
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, you can speak confidently, handle objections, and write well.
• Extroverted, proactive, self-motivated: you don’t wait to be told, you take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of business development field: you know what lead generation, proposals, outreach mean.
• Comfortable using tools like CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, LinkedIn, email platforms.
• Ability to follow schedules, and maintain attention to detail.

Note:
This is an onsite role based in Johar Town, Lahore.
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
