About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client communication, marketing, and technology.

As a Junior Business Developer, you will help identify potential clients, generate leads, manage outreach campaigns, and support the company’s growth initiatives. You will work closely with the management team and gain hands-on experience in international business development and digital services sales.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email outreach, and other platforms
• Generate and qualify leads for software development and digital services
• Send professional outreach messages and follow-ups to prospects
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents
• Maintain and update CRM records and lead tracking sheets
• Coordinate meetings with potential clients
• Support marketing and business growth activities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Learn about company services including AI solutions, web development, mobile apps, and trading software solutions

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in BBA, MBA, Marketing, IT, CS, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, MS Office, or CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore
