Job Description

The First Sol (TFS) is looking for a motivated and experienced Junior Bidder who has hands-on experience in Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying potential clients, sending proposals, and supporting the business development team in closing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
• Write and submit customized proposals to potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Communicate with clients and understand their project requirements
• Maintain records of proposals, leads, and client communication
• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms
• Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare proposals
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web & Mobile Development) is a plus
