If you have the grit to hunt for new business and the strategic mind to manage complex supply chains, we want you on our team.

### The Role: Business Development Executive

Focus: Domestic & International Cargo Solutions

### What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary mission is to expand our market footprint by identifying and securing high-value shipping accounts.

• Market Hunting: Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients requiring domestic cargo courier, air freight cargo services.
• International Expertise: Navigate global trade nuances, advising clients on air freight , transit times, and basic customs requirements.
• Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from cold calling and lead generation to contract negotiation and account onboarding.
• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging trade routes to keep us ahead of the curve.

• The Hustle: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Communication Mastery: You can pitch to a small business owner or a corporate supply chain director with equal confidence.
• Knowledge Base: Understanding of Incoterms, freight forwarding processes, and domestic transport regulations.
• Adaptability: The logistics world moves fast—you need to be a problem-solver who stays cool under pressure.
