Ventures Onsite is currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator
Scope of work:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator (SLQ) is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE, the sales coordinator will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team, The sales coordinator will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month

Identify key prospects for Ventures ONSITE

Pre-qualifying sales skills
-
Professional communication in written form is required
-
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
-
Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company's products and services

Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner

Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities
-
Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
Qualifications :
-
At least 1 to 2 years in sales coordinating or pre sales role
-
Excellent time management
-
Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector

Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain
leads through comparison and evaluation of possible
sourcing opportunities -
Proven ability to achieve goal

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills
-
Self-motivated to work independently, with team support,
to close business -
Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and
objectives -
Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications, including
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -
Handling external Clients
