Junior Business Development ExecutiveAbout the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Support and manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (fresh graduates with strong sales skills may also apply)
- Experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is preferred
- Experience in AML, compliance, or financial services is an advantage
- Experience working within Deira Market is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality
- Ability to work independently in a full-time, on-site role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month
