Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to support lead generation, outreach, follow ups, and pipeline development for international clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, good business sense, and an interest in technology services and international sales.

You will work closely with senior team members to identify prospects, initiate conversations, book meetings, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target companies, decision makers, and potential leads across relevant international markets
  • Support outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels
  • Assist in generating meetings and qualified business opportunities for the senior team
  • Prepare basic proposals, company introductions, and follow up messages
  • Maintain CRM records, lead status updates, and outreach tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather service information and support client conversations
  • Follow up with warm leads and support pipeline progression
  • Learn how to position Xorora’s data, digital, and software services effectively
  • Support reporting on lead generation activity, meeting conversion, and outreach performance

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or client communication
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and business etiquette
  • Interest in IT services, software, digital marketing, or technology solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
  • Good research, organisation, and follow up skills
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and meet activity targets
  • Comfortable working evening or night shift aligned with international clients

Preferred

  • Experience in a software house, digital agency, or BPO serving international clients
  • Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or lead generation tools
  • Basic understanding of proposal writing and sales communication
  • Strong learning attitude and long term interest in business development
