Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Find and engage potential clients in need of HR services through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and expand the consultancy's reach.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and propose customized HR solutions to address specific challenges.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continued business.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business while ensuring profitability.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on HR trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the consultancy effectively.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales and consulting, to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.
