Junior Business Development Manager

Identifies and acquires new clients by building relationships, developing strategies, and presenting tailored HR solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and maintaining client relationships, all while staying informed about HR trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Find and engage potential clients in need of HR services through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and expand the consultancy's reach.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and propose customized HR solutions to address specific challenges.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continued business.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business while ensuring profitability.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on HR trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the consultancy effectively.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales and consulting, to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: A proven track record of bringing in new clients and meeting sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Excellent abilities to build rapport, establish trust, and nurture strong client relationships.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make compelling presentations and proposals.
• Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the HR industry and relevant local markets (like the UAE) is a significant advantage.

• 2-3 Years Experience: MUST HAVE an experience in the said field.
