Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Support senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on products and services.
  • Help manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client visits.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support business initiatives.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks related to tenders, contracts, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
