Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Support senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on products and services.
- Help manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support business initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks related to tenders, contracts, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
