Junior Business Development (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Bidder with hands-on experience in Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, submit proposals, and support the business development team in closing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
• Write and submit customized proposals to potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
• Maintain records of proposals, leads, and client interactions
• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms
• Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare compelling proposals
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web & Mobile Development) is a plus
