Job Overview

Vidi EV is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Business Manager to support business operations, sales activities, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operational management, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to expanding the company’s presence in the automobile and electric vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing business strategies to drive sales growth across automobile and EV product lines
• Support daily business operations, including sales coordination, marketing initiatives, and after-sales service activities
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion plans
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Ensure effective coordination between sales, inventory, and finance departments
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management review
• Assist in pricing strategies, budgeting, and basic financial planning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or the automotive industry
• Basic knowledge of the automobile or electric vehicle market will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
