About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Algorithmic Trading Engineer with strong programming fundamentals in C++.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy:

• Logic-heavy programming
• Backend system development
• Performance-focused code
• Working on real-time financial systems

You will receive hands-on training while working on live trading projects for international clients.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop and modify trading bots (Expert Advisors) and indicators
• Assist in building and optimizing algorithmic trading strategies
• Debug and improve existing trading systems
• Work with price data, order execution logic, and performance optimization
• Learn how automated trading systems operate in real market environments

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in C++
• Good understanding of:
• Object-Oriented Programming
• Loops, conditions, and functions
• Debugging and logical problem-solving
• Ability to understand and modify existing code
• Strong analytical thinking

Experience Level

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant programming experience may also apply
