Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their technical and field experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and analysis of civil engineering projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to collect data and monitor project progress.
• Support in preparing technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, or other relevant tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of structural analysis, surveying, and construction materials.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office; additional software is a plus).
• Understanding of engineering codes and standards.
