Junior Civil Engineer

Job Purpose

To support the technical office team in preparing drawings, quantity take-offs, and documentation for villa construction projects. This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong Revit skills and a passion for residential design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing structural and architectural drawings using Revit , under supervision.
• Support in preparing BOQs, material take-offs , and basic shop drawings.
• Participate in drawing reviews and help identify discrepancies.
• Maintain drawing logs and assist in document control tasks.
• Coordinate with the site and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Learn and apply local building codes and villa design standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduate).
• Strong working knowledge of Revit (mandatory).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of structural detailing and construction processes.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Internship or academic project experience in residential or villa design.
• Exposure to BIM workflows or collaborative design platforms.
• Bilingual communication (Arabic/English) is a plus.
