Junior Client Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Client Executive. As a Junior Client Executive you will be responsible for delivering the agreed-upon services to our clients.

The Role

• Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Uphold the SLAs to meet client expectations and ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Work with Account Executives and Brokers in determining appropriate solutions and structuring
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of delivery strategies, sharing insights and recommendations based on client interactions and feedback.

The Requirements

• 0-2 years experience
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
• International exposure is a plus
• Strong skill set in delivering a high level of client service
• Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
• Self-motivated, persistent, willing to learn and result-oriented
• Ability to build productive trust relationships with clients

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
