We are currently seeking a
Junior Technician to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are
early in their careers and looking to build hands-on experience in the commercial service industry.
Position Overview
This position focuses on learning and supporting the
service, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment. Junior technicians will work alongside experienced technicians while gradually developing the ability to
handle service calls independently over time.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist senior and mid-level technicians with service calls and repairs
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Support troubleshooting efforts by gathering information, tools, and materials
- Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with guidance
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
- Document work performed and follow company processes
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Follow all safety guidelines and comply with EPA standards
Qualifications Required-
0–2 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, or related field
- Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and mechanical systems
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Preferred-
EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Trade school or technical program completion (HVAC, electrical, or mechanical)
- Exposure to HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems (even entry-level)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Great to Have-
Experience working with tools or in hands-on environments
Interest in building a long-term career in the trades
