Junior Consultant

• About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Consultants. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in core banking software solutions and consulting. You will collaborate with senior consultants and clients to support the implementation, configuration, and testing of banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and parameter setup across various banking modules.
• Support requirement gathering and contribute to the preparation of functional documentation.
• Execute functional and UAT test cases, log defects, and follow up on resolutions.
• Perform basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and business users to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare and share project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Skills & Competencies

• Fundamental understanding of banking operations (Current/Savings Accounts, Loans, Payments, Interest Calculations).
• Basic knowledge of SQL querying (SELECT, WHERE, simple JOIN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A team player with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to project needs.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Prior training, internship, or project experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE or the banking domain will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,926.71 - ₹20,000.00 per month
