Junior Consultant Finance

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant – Finance to support our finance and advisory team. The role involves assisting in financial analysis, reporting, compliance, and client support across multiple engagements. This position is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in finance and consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Support senior consultants in financial advisory and consulting assignments

Perform data collection, financial modeling, and variance analysis

Assist in taxation, audit support, and compliance-related tasks (where applicable)

Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather financial information

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

Stay updated with relevant financial regulations and standards

Qualifications & Skills

Part-qualified ACCA / CA / CMA candidates will be preferred

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
